The spotless rooms were really enjoyable. the staff was pleasant. - the location is central and stunning. - Everything was as near perfect as possible.

It is a short walk to the Batha, Royal Palace, Jewish Quarter, and the old Medina.

Thoroughly enjoyed our great stay at this hotel, totally recommend. We only stayed here for 1 night, as we didn't have time, though everything was excellent.

The hotel was located just off the bus station as well as many restaurants and the local market. All the staff was thoughtful and attentive, tackled my issues. The location met expectation, it was magnificent and beautiful happy to say everything was as near perfect as possible. Btw, spots like a Hispano-Moorish palace were a minute walk from the property too.

The hotel is centrally located, with Cinema Cafe nearby, which I would definitely recommend visiting for coffee and treats.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, the well-maintained room had smoke detectors, and the hotel's central location was convenient.

This place offers central heating, a flat screen TV, and a dining area in the room, along with a great selection of appetising meal options in a stunning location.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great experience. the food served at the hotel was delicious and we enjoyed the exceptional customer service. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the main attractions in the city. the hotel was clean and comfortable, providing great value for money.

One drawback of our stay was that the hotel felt a bit closed off and isolating. the atmosphere could have been more inviting and inclusive.

The hotel is conveniently located near the old Medina downhill and famous sites like Batha, Royal Palace, and Jewish quarter. the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room itself was excellent. - the staff and the host were all welcoming and friendly.

I totally recommend the place. It was a good choice for traveling to Fes.

The location was central, not far from Fes el-Bali, the old town, Batha, Royal Palace, and the Jewish quarter. Fes El Bali district was worth staying in.

Wonderful base for 1 night. Variety of goodies for breakfast. - Outstandingly accommodating staff. - Magnificent location so close to maze-like alleys, Fes el-Bali, and the old town.

Great location, easy to find and access from the street. Warm and welcoming staff, particularly Ayoub, who made us feel at home. Clean and well-maintained Riad with excellent customer service. Delicious traditional meals, and the option to take leftovers. a fantastic experience.

We felt extremely welcomed and had no reason to complain.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The bathroom had some issues, including a shower that flooded easily and took a while to warm up, as well as a toilet that wasn't secure.
